Just did some mowing.  Had to wear a jacket.  It is 65 and windy as heck.  The ferns are changing to brown and starting to lay down.  Lots of yellow leaves too.  Fall is in the air, may even be here for good.

Sure glad to be back at home.  Topped out at 67 today.  Breezy but a great day.  LOLOL   Hard to believe the difference in temps in 200 miles.  Less than that as a wren flies.

A light mist in GR & here through mid-afternoon, just enough to need the wipers. We never hit 72, either.

Wound up with .04" at the ranch & .05" in Bugtussle out of that episode. Hartland had .10". I see that the Waseca Experiment Station had zero. Must be a typo. Or there was a wren blocking the top of the gauge.  :coffee:

We had a slight haze for awhile but then it cleared up.  It went south to you guys west of us and missed us.

This incoming heat is the last thing thirsty crops need.

Had a front move through yesterday afternoon.  Temp dropped about 6 degrees and got real dark but no moisture.  That was the last chance till Tue.
