Was 65 a few minutes ago with high clouds & muted sunshine. Windy, SW, with sustained winds of 35 mph, gusting to 46. Supposed to drop to 26 tonite for a low. Normal high for Nov. 16th at the SROC in Waseca, not far from roony's, is 41 and the normal low is 24.

I too was looking at the changing weather here...   winds changed hard to the NW and the temp has been dropping here too...  down into the 20's here tonight too...  the leaves are sure rolling across the yard!!!

Yeah you can sure feel the change, winds switched and temps dropping. I still have some leaves to deal with.

In this wind one should take the blower after the leaves,  they might collect  7 houses down...

Might just try that tonight if the wind keeps up. Won't be home till after dark so neighbors won't even know what happened.  :lipsrsealed:

Just started sprinkling here about 15 - 20 minutes ago. Looks like it's backing around and coming at us from the SE. Odd. Should rain for an hour or so according to the radar. E wind is sure raw.

Started snowing here ~ 3:30. Got enough to make the roads white. Should be outta here pretty soon.

Most all of the NE corner of the state was pink when I checked about 6:30. That's about 1/2 of what it was already. There was another pretty big area down around Iowaboy over to around Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area early as well, that looks better already too. But the snow was moving that way. Seen 1 report that said some parts may get 2".

The hummingbird feeder ropes are really swinging today.  Like those old donkey tail things used to make.  If it is straight out kiss your ass goodbye.  Not that bad but bands of snow keep coming through.  The river is getting white.  22.
