I bet they're lovin' it. It's rained here off & on, mostly on, most of the day. Radar shows it pinwheeling over us for much of the evening hours. That's OK. We have food & booze.

Man Roony.  When most people talk about a bucket full we mean 5 gallons.  That is one heck of a lot of apples.   :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :happy1: :happy1:

These are an early apple, most of them are anyway. They do not keep very long. State Fsir Apple is the variety i speak of. In another week they will be mush. The deer will be feasting on apples on my other trees.
The corn rats also like pears. There are lots of pears this year.

You should have seen the look the warden gave me
When we got done picking them up I said I think we need to plant more trees because these are getting old. She said "So are we!" Lol

I remember planting these trees with her and the three boys. Probably 25 years ago or so.

Received 2.3 inches of rain here yesterday and last night. Pretty muddy in the garden. But lawns look great. Usually dry and brown by now.

We have a real cool south breeze now.  And it is cool.  The workers doing our road will like that cool breeze.
