The wind blew the clouds into Canada and it is clear skies here now.  Still breezy.  Just hit 40.

Ya Scenic, I don't think you live far from my buddy Bill. Haven't heard him mention anything about rain lately. We've just recorded measurable precip for 6 out of 7 days. Cumulatively 2.17" at the ranch & 2.65" in Bugtussle. Started the day after I got back from Canada. Should probably make another trip altho I don't know if my liver could handle that right now. Some are starting to whine that they won't get their fall tillage done or their fall anhydrous applied. Lotsa options in that dept. Not to worry. Just be thankful for the rain right now. May be glad you got it come spring planting if it's dry then.

I walked out the back door of the garage ~ 9:15 & it was spitting some white stuff. Kind of hard to see but it looked more like sleet than :snow5: to me.

Had to go to town to get a few things including ice cream so it was important.  Well I opened up the door and of course the dogs were out the door.  It was pouring rain but I didn't realize it.  We jumped in the Ol Ford and headed to town.  Then it really started coming down. Had wipers going all out.  We are at 3/8" so far and it is still coming down.  That tree may not get taken care of.

Am sure she will take care of it, just like here... :whistling:

Just raw & damp here. 41 degrees w/a SE wind at 14 mph, gusting to 17. RH is 87% so it drives it right into ya. Rain after 3 p.m., predicting a tenth to a quarter inch. Supposed to be heavier coverage to the west of us. Really be nice if it decided not to rain this time around. Lotsa mud on the roads overnite as folks tried to get their fall anhydrous applied. Watching the system heading this way early to the middle of next week. Could be some flakes with that if it cools down enough.

Stepped out about 2 & it wasn't the light mist any more. No hard rain, just a nice steady rain that would get 1 wet & cold in no time.

Rain showed up here just around lunchtime. Still 41 but the wind has gone down steadily to about 5 mph so that part's better. Was cold when I was home for lunch so made a cup of cocoa to warm me up. If it had been the weekend I might've stuck a little tincture in it.  :sleazy:

I was thinking more along the lines of VSOP, maybe Pendleton or Crown if need be.  :happy1:
