Pull his drivers license for a year and if he hunts and fishes pull those for 3-5 years. This is nauseating

How about he walks from Illgen City to Ely, picking up every deer carcass along the way?

Closure.

Truck driver intentionally hit three deer because it was 'funny'

A 20-year-old Ely man will serve three months in jail for ramming a small herd of deer with his pickup truck.

The charges against Casey Alan Meadows say he admitted using his Toyota Tundra to intentionally hit the animals on Central Avenue in Ely on the evening of March 21.

According to the criminal complaint, the motorist who reported the incident told law enforcement at the scene that he was following behind Meadows' Tundra when it "appeared to speed up" before hitting the deer crossing the roadway.

Authorities later tracked down Meadows, who said he hit the deer because "he and his friends thought it was funny at the time, but feel bad about the situation now."

"When asked what was said before he hit the deer, Defendant said he asked his friends if he should try and hit the deer, and his friends said yeah," the charges say.

He pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of using a motor vehicle to chase wild animals, court records show.

As part of a plea agreement, his three sentences of 90 days in jail will be served concurrently, and he will have to pay $1,500 in restitution — or $500 per deer.

He will also serve one year of probation, during which time he will not be allowed to hunt in the state of Minnesota.

Do any of the reports mention that alcohol was involved? Or drugs?
I wonder. Does Darth Vader have a sister named Ella? Bet she has her ups and downs.
