custom fishing rods

  My son gave me two ice fishing rods that were made by Troy Pike of Custom Fishing Rods this Christmas.  They are beautiful rods and work very nice.  The craftsmanship is tremendous and these are almost to nice to use.  The last time fishing I happened to step on one when I was pulling in crappie #20, I heard the loud BANG when I stepped back and I knew what I did.  I almost cried because its such a nice rod.  When I came home I called Troy and told him what happened, as I talked with him, he consoled me and told me to send it to him and he would repair it.  Troy gave me excellent service and called me about seven times to keep me informed of what was happening with my ice rod.   If anyone is looking for a keepsake to give someone, this would make a good gift.  You won't regret the purchase and you won't find a nicer person to talk with.  He loves to talk about fishing.  He is from Byron, Minnesota and his phone number is; 507-398-3001   Give him a call...
