just over 3 years ago I surgery on both legs to help the blood circulation..  helped some at the time...  just made an appointment for another surgery on Oct 3rd at the Mpls VA...  supposed to be a day surgery, sure hope so...  they are going to go in a leg artery and place a balloon and a stint they said..  have to stay at my son's over night as they want someone to be with me for the first day...   but if all goes real good I'll be home the same day...  we will see I guess..  and of course I had a periodontal appointment that day too..  get that changed to tomorrow...  always something..

I think that the older we get the scarier these things are.  The Drs. are so good these days.  It is great that they found the issue and know what to do about it.  Good luck Mike.  You will be better afterwards.

Good luck, Hope all goes well and you are back to normal activity soon. I am starting to have a few issues with blood circulation in my legs as well. After our new insurance kicks in on Jan. 1st I've got to get into the Dr. to start looking into it. Getting to be lots of Numbness and tingling in my legs and feet.

The only meds I'm on is a High blood pressure med. I asked my Dr. if that could be the cause of the issue. He said anything is possible but its not been one of the known side effects.

I got one after my bypass surgery.  Used it a bit then went to  collect dust. Would rather go outside and  walk.

I would like to get an elliptical. We have a exercise bike and just don't like the sitting down part of it.
