Big Sandy Lake Ice Condtion

Hoping someone up there can keep me posted throughout the week on ice conditions on Big Sandy. I have a trip planned with some friends for this coming weekend. I'm guessing driving vehicles will be a no-go 

Hoping foot traffic will be okay unless it's a slush swamp on top of the lake. It'll be a .85 mile walk...according to Onx.

i'm up north of deer river and da guy i talked to last week over younder said they were still driving on yet early last week  i'm going up friday.......but fishing the lakes by the cabin so i'll just use wheelers!!!

Buddy said vehicles were out last weekend…temps look pretty high this week though.

looking at the temps for up in itasca county...cept for today.....i odnt see the weather doing much damage to the ice for the weekend. and if the sun isnt out....that much better!
