THIS CAN BE USED  ON ANYTHING YOU WNAT TO GRILL OR SMOKE .

3/4 CUP PAPRIKA
1/2 CUP OF  BLACK PEPPER
1/4 CUP OF WHITE PEPPER
1/4 CUP OF SALT (KOSHER OR SEA)
1/4 CUP OF SUGAR
1/4 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS OF CHILE POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS OF GARLIC POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS OF ONION POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS OF CUMMIN
2 TEASPOONS OF NUTMEG
2 TEASPOONS OF CAYENNE

 MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER  AND STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE DARKEST PART OF YOUR SPICE CABINET.
 YOU COAT THE MEAT OF YOUR CHOICE AND PUT IN THE FIRDGE  FOR 6 TO 8 HOURS. PREPARE YOUR GRILL FOR INDIRECT COOKING  OR YOUR SMOKER . COOK OR SMOKE TILL THE MEAT IS DONE.  USE A THERMOMETER AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTION  FOR  INSIDE TEMPS . YOU CAN APPLY  YOUR FAVORITE  BBQ SAUCE ON RIBS OR CHICKEN .  ENJOY .
