Not in either area you mentioned but I took my boat out Sun. afternoon just to make sure the mortor would run. crabed one rod that had a rappala on it just in case. The old put-tut started right up so I run down the body of water and trolled back. When I got back to the landing I had a meal of eyes. Never caught any eyes in that water before although I knew they were in there.

We have been out several times at our campground south of winona...lot's of perch action (8 yo daughter caught a beauty 13", followed that up with a 17" smallmouth)

Some 7/8lb bluegills as well....been as good of a spring dock fishing as we have had in 3 years of camping there

I have been hearing that from around the Waseca-Owatonna area too Big_D about this spring being a great year for dock fishing. That's pretty much what my 6 yr old son and I have been doing so far this spring is dock fishing except for the outing I made with Holdemtwice and Rchaze a couple weeks ago to Prior Lake; we took Rchaze's boat out that day. Thanks for the update for the Rochester-Winona area Big_D! Have a great weekend.

Had a frustrating weekend of line issues last weekend...lost a 13" crappie and a 23" largemouth at the dock, whilst I was reaching over to pull them in, had the line in hand, and snapped.....
