Were ok with that Merimac, maybe we can help each other out and increase the traffic for both sites. Are you affiliated with them or just a member?

We do have n upload option when you make a new post it is under "additional options". However, we recommend you host elsewhere like photobucket. That seems to work pretty well.

Well welcome.  Love the pics.  No worries about the other site.  Thanks for sharing with us.  Spend some time here and you'll LOVE this site.  Lots of pros on every subject.  What I do for pics is download all of them to photobucket then copy the IMG code from there and post that here in my threads.  Works great.

Oh yeah I have a chocolate (Lucy), a golden (Sadie), and a beeshon (sp?) (Frankie).  Got the golden from some relatives when she was about 5 and shed never seen water.  Took her to the lake and it took a looooong time for her to figure it out.  I had high hopes with my chocolate but the golden has taught her too many bad habbits.  ::violin:;

I am just a regular on the Mi Sportsman.

My girlfriend has a 7 yo lab that has never been hunted.  I am most interested in upland.. Now that the quiet period is over I might go see what she does on some grouse and woodies this week.  i have never used a lab.. I am a setter guy.  I guess we both have alot to learn...  Any one feel like doing some training?

We have a 1.5yr old British Lab.  She is finding and retriving for our 11Yr old.  What a great dog for home and in the field.  We had an American Chocalate though she was great our new British female is like 2 dogs in one.  Calm and cool at home than a machine in the field.

My place is a zoo too.  I got a Golden, a chocolate and a bichon.  The bichon looks like a poodle.  Between the 2 big girls, they have beaten my back yard down to almost completely bare dirt chasing squirles.   ::hittingself::

I have a yellow lab that will be 3 in Dec. she has chased the ducks and geese with me from the canadian border in ND down to Missouri every year since I got her. She can't wait to leave for Missouri on Wednesday, for a long 5 day hunt. she is my first dog and I couldn't be happier she has retrieved every bird I have shot since she was 9 months old. on her first hunt we shot a goose just outside the decoys and I sent her after it not knowing what to expect and she swam right after it and grabbed it and brought it right back to me. I was as happy as dad whose son just scored the winning touchdown. She hasn't quit impressing me since.

Here is my dog....Luci. SHe is a GSP/Choc. Lab mix. She does a good job after she looses a bit of that energy and starts focusing. I've seens her point and i've seen her flush. She is a good dog and the best part was that she was free.

Tim, you're welcome.... ;)

I have two GSP's. One of which is Tim's dog Luci's father!

Hey! Welcome to the site. And yes...Thanks for the pup ;D

She has done great but is pretty mad at me this year. A bad year for pheasant hunting as I got really caught up n bowhunting. She is doing good though, laying at my feet as I type this.

I have been lucky enough to have been hunting over a pair of brothers. Black Lab/English Springer Spaniels that came from a mother father combo that I also owned. "The Boys" are going on eight and in the last few years we all are being rewarded with the upswing in grouse numbers. Things were pretty tuff for them when they were first starting. They both took to hunting as pups and compliment each other nicely.
