Its been very bad down here and most of the southeast. That picture above is a fire thats burning inside the dike of Okeechobee the lake bed is on fire. Lots of fish camps are closed or out of business because there's no way to launch a boat.
  There's a tropical weather system off the south coast that might give us several inches of rain this weekend. I hate to say it but we need a couple of Hurricanes. To get the water table back to normal.

That's absolutely nuts!  I guess I shouldn't complain when my softball game got canceled Tuesday night due to heavy rain.  A guy like myself takes a needed rainfall for granted I guess.  Hang in there Floridians.

In the past two month's there have been over 2400 wild-fires. The big fire in the Okeefenokee swamp in Ga. crossed the Fla. line last week. Its been burnin for over a month.

The guy that took these pix lives in Palm Beach County. The water that feeds these canals comes down from Lake Okeechobee.
