THE FUNNY thing about sizes, is, it depends on where you buy and what it cost, and when.  Ten and 20 years ago I was 118 pounds and wore a size 8 at the cheap stores, and a size 4 at the hoity toity stores.  I still weigh 118 pounds, but I'm supposedly a size ZERO at Cache (HA HA.. when pigs fly) , a size TWO at Barrie Pace , Niemans and Nordstroms (when pigs fly and play violins) , and a size 2 or 4 at VS at a size 6 at JC Penney.  Now it's happening with SHOES too.  Suddenly I wear half a size smaller?  Hello !  It's all smoke and mirrors, I tell ya.  The only truth to be told is measurements, not sizes.    Hey fellas... is this size warp phenominon happening with mens clothing too only saying it's larger?  "like DUDE, I wear an XL"  and ten years ago it woulda been a medium?  Or is this just a girl thing? Gotta love vanity sizing, I tell ya.

Well, Spinach, my guess is that many gals have tattoos in places that they feel a little modest or feel uncomfortable showing them publicly.   And/or their spouse or boyfriend feels that certain hidden tattoos are for his eyes only and their lady is honoring their guy's feelings about that.  I say, to each their own of course.  I would venture to say that a great many more ladies who have tattoos are persuing these MNO forums than have entered this contest... and no matter who wins here, the ladies behind the scenes may very well have the winning tattoo and we'll never know.   8)

To each their own.  There is no need to put other people down who think differently than you.  The point is... I've seen tattoos on gals at my health club in places where the sun don't shine.  Nothing to do with being prude.  Everything to do with not getting arrested.

Well, ya, this is supposed to be about female members of MNO showing off their tattoos.  And really, it still is.
 
Spinach commented why more ladies had not entered the contest.  I offered that their guys, or even they themselves, had tattoos in unmentionable places and may not want them on public display here.  I have a number of girlfriends with such tattoos... in unmentionable places.  Someone commented back that yes, that was true, and some of the best tattoos were hidden tattoos.  Then came the comment that what's the point of a tattoo if it's hidden' -  and noted that the persons commenting thusly must be 'prudes'.. which prompted my comment about disdaining the opinions of others being unnecessary.  I made a humorous (albeit dumb like a fox) observation about how some folks look at things different ways (wet on the leg being foul vs incontinance).  I further 'foxed' with my response about my doctor friend.  He actually had colitis that was so bad, that he had portions of his bowel removed.  But I digress.

The point is... a person is not a prude if they feel that displaying private parts of their body on a public internet forum is not cool... whether out of respect for their mate or because they simply feel it is innappropriate for themselves.  I stick to my guns with that.  Ask a few guys whose ladies have tattoos in those unmentionalbe provocotive places.  What's the point you say?  LOL.  Ask those guys, they'll tell you.     And being prudish has nothing to do with it.   SO.. I guess we were not off topic after all, eh???

Hmmm.  Tattoos are being discussed... so it seems on topic.  Maybe BigD's wife has one of those hidden tattoos?  You never know.  Some men like it when their mate honors their wishes.   Or maybe when he said "I'll speak for the guys"... he was talking about his circle of friends... and perhaps your circles are just a little more wild than his?  In any case.. there's room for all kinds of people here, whether or not they want to bare theirs tats to the world.  JMHO.

Isn't that the truth, a guy tries to be politcally correct (probably for the first time in my life) and gets chastised for it.....IMO, if they don't want to show it, doesn't make them a prude....heck, nobody want's to see the tat on my chest ::)
