Dont fall for the damn media commercial blitz with the he-men construction workers with the fake edited voice-overs from toyota....funny how theyve been trying to get the full size thing right for about a decade now....just buy what's been good to ya....like me with just three GM fullsize P-ups since 1990 each having over 200+ miles on em with just fluid changes & tires & brakes done on em......pretty freakin hard to argue with that good streak, EH?  Now if only they could build me one that gits 50 mpg....... ::hittingself::             -thunderpout 8)

Next time I buy a new vehicle it will either be a Toyota or a Mitsubishi........Or a Nissan.


Toyota Tacomas and Tundras are being built in this country....Nissan Pathfinders, Xterra are being built in Tennessee. There is no such thing as domestic or foreign anymore.  New Explorers have German motors in them.....Ford. Chrysler's and Daimler have merged into one now.....Daimler is Mercedes. Liberty, Cherokee are German engineered. Ford and Volvo merged. Ford also has a merger with Mazda. Ford escape is the same exact vehicle as a Mazda tribute. Ford Ranger is the same as the Mazda b600....or whatever their pickup is.

Shall I go on??? Stop talking about foreign and domestic vehicles. This is 2007 and things have changed.

i cant believe I'm going to say this but,,,MayFly is right,, Them Toyota's are a nice truck and more and more sportsman are going over to em.

 As far as buying American?,,,,what the heck you all talking about!!!

First like allot people are saying  not one of em are American trucks..maybe some are put together here,,,,but thats it..

How many nuts and bolts are SAE?,,,,,,,,We don't use the metric system here

Supporting USA?  its kinda late for that now We buy our metal back at a inflated rate and use all forgen parts in them.
