CROSSLAKE - Holiday of Cross Lake, 35610 Cty. Rd. 66 Crosslake, Lee (218-692-2708) Held?s Guide Service (218-820-0989)

Walleye action on Whitefish Chain, Pelican and Crosslake has been good. The early morning and late evening bite is strong. Use leeches or red-tails minnows on Lindy-rigs, fished in 18 to 26 feet of water. Northern action has been hot with fish hitting spinner baits worked along the weed line.       Bass are active in 4 to 8 feet of water. Try plastic worms or surface baits worked along the weed line. Also try along docks and other shaded areas. Crappies and panfish are hitting small jigs tipped with worms, waxies, and minnows along the weed line. Also try small spinners working the weed edges.
