Well everybody we are still catching walleyes out there. Although the bite has been a little slower I was able guide four group of people over the weekend to some nice walleyes we had to work four them but presitance paid off. Much of the action came from deep water both during the day and night, we fished in 24-30ft of water with slips on green jigs tipped with big leeches, during the day gold and hammered silver leech and crawler rigs worked well. Lindy's with green gamakatsu hooks and red bead with a leech are also worth a try. Some areas putting out fish have been 4 & 5 mile gravel, The Gravel Bar, Sloppy's, deep mud out from Izatys a 1mile and a half or so in 26-30 ft of water on the edges pulling cranks and lindy's. For more info. you can email me at info@hunterwinfields.com Good luck fishing.
