yep got robbed at walgreens on whitebear ave /larpenter me and the wife go in to buy a few things and while were in there someone goes in my truck and steals my new stereo , ripped my whole dash apart  :: and come to find out this branch has no cameras out in the lot . and out of all the people in the lot there were no witnesses , then it took the  cops 2 hrs to come out to make the report  :: . man id love to catch the s.o.b.'s and  :bandana: :death2:... one of the worst things in this world are petty thieves . oh well , what can i do . next time ill stand out side the store like this  :gunsmilie:.......lol

 yeah , its geting worse over here it seems like the eastside is spreading out further & further i gave  the serial numbers to the cops when they finally showed up .we'll see what happens . i think next year were gonna head north ....

whoa, leech angler !!! slowdown !!! im not geting down on the cops for being late or blaming them , , why? cause i expressed frusteration with them . so what i was frusterated .i know the cops have a tough job to do out there . alot of the st.paul officers are good friends of mine ! and yes my complaint was'ent a high priority , the only reason i got frusterated was 1 i got my stereo stolen and 2 cause waiting the 2 hrs i was late for work ! thats it .... so coming down on them and being a lil frusterated , is like comparing apples and oranges . :rock:

well look at it this way how would you fell if some broke into your truck or house ?
and it took the cops 2 hours to get there!

No kidding, you have to let them finish their last 4 donuts.
I've had cops as roommate and cops as neighbors and cops that I just knew. Most of them have "I'll get there when I want" attitudes. As a matter of fact the guy we bought this house from back in December was a Hiway cop and the neighbors do not miss him one bit. Seems he was somewhat of a jerk. Ever get pulled over by a Cop with an attitude? I have and all I have to say is the "Protect and Serve" is a bunch of B.S., this guy was actually having a good time righting a ticket for "Spinning the wheels" as he put it on the ticket. (I was on loose gravel on top of a tar road at a stop sign with a slight incline...what do you think is going to happen?)
Don't get me wrong, I would never want their job but it's the cop "Respect my authority because I'm a jagoff"" attitude that usually ticks people off.

I think this topic is getting a little off base from what is was started as. Repoman was simply stating that he was frustrated about getting robbed in broad daylight and there was a reply from another member that started the comments about the police...I understand his frustration with being robbed and then having to wait to file a report and being late to work on top of it, but he was not complaining about the police so let's let that part of it go please.

Lets see.....almost every tow truck driver I have dealt with has been an ***. As a matter of fact a few plumbers I met were even bigger *******. Now that I am on the subject I met a Doctor who basically blew me off when I took my daughter in because she was sick......not to mention the nurse had a "why are you here bothering us" attitude. Shall I go on........The other week I was at a restaurant and it took like 30 minutes to get a burger that I ordered!! 30 minutes!!! Is it my fault the restaurant got busy and backed up, no it was their fault! and the waitress didn't even apologize or act like anything was wrong! In the past 4 years I have gotten 3 speeding tickets, darn cops...nothing better to do? I guess we should label every single one of these profession as......people who are ********.
