 mix  half and half one part white flour  one part  corn meal .  add alot of garlic salt  and some black pepper .  and boom chak  ca laka   ..   i drown the fish in eggs  and then  the flour cornmeal mixture  and then deep  fry em ...   they are  very  good this way.  good  luck
