Where would be the best place to get a gas tank for my auger? It's not got to be new just not leaking like the one I have. I checked on the price of new and for that price would part the auger out instead. The auger I have is a stirke master magnum III, it doesn't have the band around the tank.

Or does somebody know of a way to fix the leak? I don't know what might work as the crack is in the seem and don't know of anything I could get in there with.

Try D-Rock, they are over near 694 and County rd D. Do a google search and give them a call.

Yep, those guys are great... they showed me how to replace my Jiffy's jet/ needle and tune it up.  Saved me some $$!  Some smallengine places will have replacement tanks for all those Techumsa and Briggs motors, Like Beisswengers hardware or Blaine hardware also....      -thunderpout :happy1:

I've heard people say you can buy some stuff to dump in the tank and it fixes the leak. I'm not sure what it is called.
