just thought I'd let you all know <---you all---that's how we say it up here where there's ice. down south where there is no ice, it's y'all.
the first house that will be going out is the 8 x 10 day house.
we will put that out by friday.
it's ready to go now.

the next house to be ready will be the white house.
the 7 x 16 sleeper.
just needs finishing touches on the trim and vacuumed out, fill the propane, throw the battery on the charger quick and she's done.

the silver house, another day house needs to bunks installed and four holes cut in the floor.
add the 12 volt wire system for extra lights and cigarette lighter jack.
that will take about a day.

the last house is the big sleeper.
the 8 x 16 sleeps four.
Goose and I gutted the inside right down to the studs....NO not me, the wall studs silly!
then all the walls and ceiling got new plywood paneling and a nice clearcoat.
I will re-install the bunks, trim the walls and windows cut in a couple more holes and install the new carpet.
with the new direct vent heat wasting furnace and carbon monoxide detector, that one will be ready to go too!!
it wont be long now folks.

I have had quite a few people inquire about renting a house now, before christmas and let me say,
as much as I want to start the season, I WILL NOT put my houses out before I feel it is safe.
it's one thing to take a chance myself, but when it comes to the safety of you and your family, I will not take any chances.
thank you for your understanding with this.
the first day house will go out by the end of this week.
I will rent it out immediately once it is placed, to those willing to ride atv or snowmobile out.
I may take the suzuki out there when I bring that house out. I will check ice conditions again first.
after christmas I should be able to get the white sleeper out.
depending on the ice thickness I will then get the heavier houses out.

I can tell you that the fish are biting now and the word about winnie is getting out.
this should be a real good season for photo opps ;)

we'll see you on the ice!!
take a kid hunting and fishing!!

THWACK KILLS!!
