My wife is getting me a GPS  for Christmas, and I was just wondering if one was better than another.  Alot of people tell me to go with the Lowrance i finder Hunt C.  I figured I better ask people that use them.  I just need it for the woods hunting, camping, ATV, and fishing.  Also, about some of the different chips you can buy?  Please Help?

You'll love the Huntc, I still have the H20c, but will probably go with the Huntc before next hunting season. All 3 of these are top of the line. If your planning on using it for hunting, I'd recommend the Huntc. Then grab a lakemaster chip and you'll be all setup.

I also have the H20 C.  For sure go with the color.  The chip however depends on the situation.  I do a lot of fishing in SD so the lakemaster chip was not the one for me.  If you a strictly a MN fisherperson then I would suggest the lakemaster chip.  But if you are like me where SD, ND, Iowa, Wis, MN, I belive Mich, is also on the Navionics Premium North.  You can also get a better deal going straight to the lakemaster web site on the chip and the gps.
