New Years Resolutions?

So what is your New Year's Resolutions for 2008?  I don't have one, although I should have many!!  Anyone got any that they are actually trying really hard to stick with?  gg

I have a couple...I am going to be 35 this year, so I am going to improve my health (lose some weight, eat better, exercise more).  My oldest boy turns 12 in March, so I am going to hunt more this year.

I normally don't make it a habit to make New Year's Resolutions as they don't seem to last too long, but....

I would like to continue on the weight loss program that I started late this summer (I lost 15 pounds) and continue to share my love of the outdoors with my son who will turn 7 next month. The other priority for me in the coming year will be for us to make time for more quality family time together !!!

I started working out again yesterday, one of my resolutions is to stick with it and get into better shape again. In the past, i start and it fades away after a few weeks. Not this time!

Gotta start eating better too.

OK 2 years ago my resolutions were to A) get a job at home so I don't travel any more and B) to get down to a certain size.  Both got accomplished and I still have that same job -- oh yeah oh yeah   

Last year my resolution was to A) keep my job (yeah its lame) and B) to get down to a 34" waist like I used to have.  Ok so one out of 2 aint bad but I still got a bunch of jeans I can't wear.

This year my ONLY resolution is to get down to the 34" waist and be in the shape/condition Im most familiar with.  I went skating with my kids on 1/1/08 and actually got a good workout in.  This morning, I hit the gym at about 5:15 or so for a good cardio and weight lifting workout. 

Hey GG    I got one for you.  How about no injuries or surgeries for the year?    ??             An apple a day right?

Okay OJ, I KNOW you just HAD to throw that one in..It was just way too hard for you to have to hold back with that one!! Just remember nobody like's a smart a*s!!  Now get that big head of yours back on the right track, while I will go find some fish to sit upon!!  Aren't you guys soooo funny, all full of suggestions just for little ol' me!! For all the New Years Resolutions I have made, to date I have only one that I kept the entire year!!  It was simple but to always refill the TP roll when I see it empty.  All was good until I went to a party at my sisters and I literaly put 20+ rolls of TP on!!!  Have you ever heard of the Double Roll.  When I bought a fixer-up home a few years ago I made sure to get a TP holder that took minimul effort to change!!!  Now I can laugh and leave the bathroom just like I found it...............without a fresh roll of TP!!!!

Since then I have not made another one but maybe this will be the year!!!!
