well , some people are driving out on most of the lakes (i wouldent recommened it yet ) but some are .
fish are biteing good everywhere ! some you have to sort through but still good fish are being caught.
walleyes are biting on north center in front of the hospital and the aframe is still produceing excellent panfish .
walleyes are also starting to bite around the eagles nest in about 15-20 fow
south center is still going good around pancake island and some nice bluegills are also being caught on chisago right off 83 .
north center - bass are catch and release only
sunrise - the launch is CLOSED ! untill further notice (dick went in for surgury)
s lindstrom is produceing some decent pike , crappies
kroon - people are actually geting some slab crappies right out from the boat launch in about 20 fow . most fish are still deep ! dont be afraid to change up your presentation in the water .
fyi - shiners are really geting hard to get due to parasites but we do have some in stock (personal trapping)  so c'mon down and we'll get you set up and on a good honey hole !!!!!!
good luck fishing ....

A couple buddies and myself were just discussing heading up north a little ways to see if we could get into some bigger fish outside of the immediate metro area...good report! Maybe we'll head up there this weekend...of course we'd need to stop in because we'd have NO idea where to go...
