We are starting to fish Walker Bay more that we have better ice. In the deeper parts of Waker Bay 25' to 30' feet of water walleye are bitting. Check out the hump's in the deeper part's of Walker Bay. Also check out Sand Point in the northern part of Walker Bay. We are getting some good reports. Far as the perch, northern, are very good, depth's of 10' to 15' feet on Pine point, Goose Island, Walker narrows, Traders bay. Good fishing for pan fish in Shingobee Bay. You can get out with ATV's snowmobile's. People are also starting to drive out with vehicle's on Walker Bay, but inquire at the bait store, or DNR where you can drive. Not all parts of Walker Bay are safe with a vehicle. We at Acorn Hill Resort have cabin's, and fish house's to fit all your needs, open all year long. Our fish house's range from 8 x 10 to 10 x 18 with bunk's, kittchenette's, and Dish TV. Phone #1 800 237 1015, e-mail, acornhillresort@aol.com, or web site, www.acornhill.com
