another great weekend
the cabin crew fished Friday afternoon and limited out in less than an hour on everything, Saturday us and a different group went back to the north end-same spot, at 2 in the afternoon, they started again, limited on eyes, 20 crappies, 1-8 lb gator, lots of sheephead in 3 hours of real rough water fishing 6ft deep, any color crappie jig a ft off the bottom- we left early Sunday because of the wind picked up again and to beat the traffic, besides that our sunburn hurt-- maybe 200 boats scattered on Saturday- even the CO's couldnt believe that while they checked boats- remember to stay well below the 17" line, its $200 appiece- we had our boats almost side by side to fish a 20ft area, anything out side of that produced almost 0 both days

We also limited out on Walleye every day.  We caught 4-5 crappies each day too.  We caught a few Northern pike and sheep heads.  It was a lot of fun for the kids!  I got a nice sunburn!  We were fishing by the mouth of the river.
