ahhhh,, yu can use any pepper in that recipe... i still gota get ruthie that pulled pork recipe.

no pictures, but did 8 pints of juice and 3 cake pans of chopped maters for the freezer yesterday!!!!!!!!

Ended up with 18 bags of hash browns.... now moving onto deep fried fish, onion rings,pickle chips, cheese sticks, Jalapeno poppers and tater tots..... Corinary.... here I come!

Finished canning tamaters today. We ended up with 32 qts. Need about 7 more qts of juice, and then onto the spaghetti sauce if we have enough tomatoes left.
Did a few pints of applesauce today too. Our damn chickens were starting to eat the apples in the tree! So picked them today too!

Yep our chickens. Never had my chickens do this before. Maybe apples on the ground, but never in the tree. Watched them sitting in the apple tree pecking away at the apples. Must have taken care of 20 plus apples in just a couple days. Just about had chicken for supper tonight!
