I found this one, but it takes a few tries to get it right. I used the "compress photo" then selected the "custom" option with a size of 1000 X 500


Install this Photo/Video compressor to reduce your photo and video size.

I have been just editing my pics as usual then download them.  I just go to add attachments and add it. Works great!
