HEY........ the boilermakers union, the one i'm part of, is doing a motor scooter run on july 29th and da final stop is that nauti hawg!!!!!!!!!!!

I did some work on it yesterday. Drained old fuel out of it, cleaned the carb. It's a very good bike, only 9000 miles, well cared for. It was my uncle's bike, he ordered it new. He passed away 4 years ago, he didn't ride the past couple of years he was still with us. So, it's been sitting a little too long. It needs a good servicing and a dang good cleaning. But it's mine now, purchased from my aunt.

I need to pick up a new battery and license and insurance for it this week, I plan to drive it home next weekend.

I removed the carb, went through it thoroughly and she's running nice now.

Still can't find that dang heel shifter though. lol.

gota have my wife relocate my angle bell donw on the high way bar. i got do hers to. or just get new ones there rivht below the headlight. gremli s cant hear em up ther..

No, my uncle took it off and we can't find it. He didn't like it but I am used to using them so it feels funny without it there to me.

I have a question.

The bell on this bike was purchased by me and given to my uncle. I think I picked it up in Deadwood.

So, does this bell work for me or do I have to swap it out with a bell I have had on my previous bikes, a bell that was given to me?

I would think in this case the bell would stay, it's part of the history of you and him. just my 2 cents worth.

yup that bell was arigional and is passed to via family! its linked to dusty therefore linked to you. but nuthing saying pam or kids cant get another for ya
