SAINT CLOUD ? Corky?s Gas & Bait , Main Street in Rockville (320-251-1567) The panfish fishing has been excellent in 7-12 feet of water. Use waxworms and small jigs. The crappies have been found in 10-15 feet of water outside of the weeds, using flu flus and crappie minnows. Walleyes have been picking up on Pearl Lake and Rice Lake, try using a leech and jig combo working he deeper water near weeds. The best reports have been in the early morning or late evenings. The bass are really biting on the inside edges of the weeds. Northerns have been hot on the outside edges of the weeds using sucker minnows or spinnerbaits. If you're looking for catfish try the holes in the Horseshoe, good reports have been coming in. For catfish use artificial cat baits or crawlers.
