Hey Everyone,  Just wondering what everyone's plan is for turkey hunting.  So if you happen to get a bird and feel like posting.....I'm sure everyone would like to know the story behind it (Who, What, Where, and How).

I've had a few buddy's get birds out of state and I plan on hunting the last two weeks of the season. Hopefully I'll have a little luck in my arrow and a turkey in the oven. :chef:

I didn't get drawn so when I go it will be just for pictures and viewing.  Here's what I think of that.  :moon:

Well.........I ended up shooting a 24 lb tom yesterday.....And I had to work for it.   After what seemed to be a great shot I had to chase the bird for the recovery.  I ended up hitting the main wing bone and into the side of the breast bone.  I think I probably looked like Rambo running through the woods :rotflmao: but I recovered the bird and had a fun experience.
