Opening weekend Central Mn
Ended up guiding a group for Crappies on Sat from 6- 10 am , nice limit O' fish, one almost 3 lbs.  My first non walleye trip on opener in 10 years, kinda felt guilty?  Anyway, had a blast for four hour trip, sip coffee, chuck a bobber, catch a crappie--could be worse I guess.  Had another group today, Horshoe Chain walleye--good bite from 9 am until 1:30, almost 4  full bags, water temps on top there a surprising 50-51, ouch for a river system.  All that matters is we out fished the Gov.  LOL. Thinking next year for every fish the Gov catches the tax rate goes down 5%?
