bbq contest in watertown

we are heading to watertown for the crow river bbq challenge. been
invited to the ray carlson aka big bubbas roadhouse bbq team
site to sample some bbq. will post pics when we get back.

all i can say is WOW! i have never met more friendly people than
the bbq teams we visited. all i can say is i dont think i will be
competing soon. the teams offered us samples that were the best
bbq i have ever had. mine isnt even in the ballpark! wife had a great
time. all in all was a fun day! will post pics later.
thanks to Ray Carlson and his wife and team for letting us hang
around your camp!

P.S.  For anyone under 1000, this is a reference to a Heinz ketchup commercial from the 1880s.  Back when "catsup" came in hand blown "green" angry toxic bottles.  This WAS way back in the 80s when cavemen still ruled the earth!!!!!!!!!
