Bin Laden

This is a little off topic as this is MN Outdoorsman but I was thinking today and wanted some other opinions or ideas.....

Why won't the US Gov. take out Bin Laden??


It's been how many years and they haven't been able to locate him? Yeah right....

My thoughts, are when we let all the people of a certain area know that they better get out of that area because we are going to be bombing there tomorrow, I think most people would leave....real bright on our part..

They need him to keep the bogus war on terror going. He is a convenient scapegoat to blame the next "911" on. Or he might be captured when the stock market or Bush's ratings need a boost. Never underestimate The Powers That Be. They certainly could have gotten him by now if they wanted. Just like autos and mileage. Heck, I've got a 1984 chev gets as good of mileage as a 2004. They can't convince me that is all the better they can do after 20 years! It's all a conspiracy, :o but then some people say I must have fell out of my tree ::)....

I don't have any thoughts on Bin Ladin. I believe Pray for the fish is right when he said the "Powers that Be" will get him when they need a boost. Al Zarquari(sp?) boosted Bush's ratings a little at the time national support for the war was really low. I think we don't know, but have a GOOD idea where he is. I cant say anything good or bad about the war because I joined the Marines during Desert Shield for a chance to go over there, but got discharged before it happened. What I do believe will happen is, we are going to spread ourselves too thin with Iraq, Iran, Gaza and now N.Korea along with everthing else. That is going to make us too vulnerable for our country's security.

What really gets me is I heard once before , we (the United states), have the second highest population of Muslims in the world. Never have we had a problem with that religion or any religion until now. I still have no problems with Muslims at all. Most are peace minded individuals. Just like the rest of us. You can't blame them, all religions have bad seeds or cults.

A true fact is more people have died in the name of god and religion than in all the wars and natural calamities

I for one think that if mayfly puts up a $50 gift card to the MNO member that finds Bin Ladin we could get him before we hit 300 members!

2nd        Pray for fish you sound like you have inside info   because I think your right on the $

And 3rd If you really want to understand Muslims  spend about $13 and get the book   Jesus and Mohammad  that will open some eyes   cant remember the author and my book is out on loan if you want i can get his name   not trying to start trouble just recomending a good book
