Why do people call antlers- horns?  :banghead:

They are different very very different :bonk: I for one have never seen a deer with horns have you?
For that fact,  :scratch:I have never seen them on a moose or an elk either!

I guess I am just venting a pet peeve of mine. When I here people who are not hunters say it I educate them. But when I hear it on hunting shows or read it in magazines it just gets under my skin. I know it’s not a big deal but its just one of them things that bugs me.

 What do you think?
Are you a hunter or do you just kill things? Respect the wildlife!

It used to get me too Bowhunter. But I think it is more fun to say horn as opposed to antler. As long as you know the difference don't sweat it. By the way, have you tanned any buffalo lately?
