Anyone else have a permanent house on the pond? Curious where everyone stores there house and what the rates are at other places? I did some looking around on internet and most of the resorts don't have websites or if they do it just has rental rates.

I have a 10x16 out of Hunters point. Nice resort and well run, many amenities (shower house etc.). The issue is I don't use any of the extras, go in to eat at the restaurant every now and again is about it. My brother and I have talked several times about moving the house because the rates are pretty spendy ($685) and being that we don't use the extras it doesn't make sense for us.

Anyone mind giving some input on some of the other resorts and how to go about getting a house moved? We have already paid this years fees so it would be a next year move. Would like to remain on the east side of the lake.

I have a 10 x 18 at Agate Bay, the summer fees are $775 with shower,restroom,trash,boat slip when available,boat launching,electric all included.
Winter fees are $675 with electric on shore, one tug out, one move, tug in,gas delivery if your using his gas tanks, road pass, plow your spot open if you call ahead for that weekend.

Dean has been ok to deal with, restraunt has great food, and I got a choice spot right across from the marina.
The resort is quit at night with only an ocasional load party, and not a ton of four wheelers running all over the place.

I don't have any idea what the summer fees are at Hunters, but that is actually about equal then for the winter. We get 2 road passes, 1 trip on the lake and 1 off with the house. Gas delivery and plowing is the same.

Thanks for the reply, anyone else have a house on Mille lacs?
