  we are closing the landing for ice fishing (except the people who alrady have seasonal pass) assocation shut us down

how can a lake association dictate what you do with your property/business?

Hence the need for public acess on all lakes over a certain size, after all the associations have degrees in biology and conservation. If i owned a buisiness I would break away from the association unless they spent tons of money of course.

  i am and so are alot of neighbors after i page the message that they left me..i am a business bought a business and really tryed being friendly letting them put there boats and pontoons in free because there neighbors, fixing there motors (free) towing them off the lake when they had trouble,checking there cabins to make sure they still had heat, sending my son down to help with there plumbing and heating needs (he does it for a living) but no more business is business and if theres no profit theres no staying in business...so they can learn to deal with us  so come on up
