we are going to start letting people out again this weekend..its not the lake that i am worried about right now it seems solid if you stay down the middle of the road...sides are alittle ify because it only has a thin layer on it then water ...then solid ice....its the access that is not freezing solid because everyone keeps breaking the ice as it forms..but its safe just scarry.... yep i know someone lost there german sherpard puppy its on the side of the road up by 169 he was here a week ago but i couldnt catch him he just wanted to play not come to me

Ah,thats a sad deal,I wonder if he had a collar? Hope the owners were notified.

I here the crappies were active friday night...Whats the daytime bite like?

they are starting to bite at 1pm but still mainly a evening bite in 21 to 45 ft

  its snowing very hard here right now...dont know if i will get road plowed again tell this weekend....its got to stop before i can go back out....probally will need 4 wheel drive to get to the crappie hole...till plowed....remember houses have to be off this weekend

  help ....shoveled twice in the last hour and still coming down heavy...will have to try to keep up and see if my plow guy will come over when it stops.....we were only suppose to get 1 or 2 inches we have gotten that and more already.....going to make it tough on guys trying to get there house off local lakes....will keep mille lacs resorts busy getting all those houses off

  fish ar moving into the shallows use caution when going on the lake ....are creek is flowing into milli lacs and is open....spring is coming and mother nature is letting us know that...i would guess ice out by april 14th

how are the fish bitting now anythng during the day or still at night is the access still 10 bucks.  how is the ice any info would be great

we are allowing people out by sled or 4 wheeler water is flowing fast into mille lacs from are lake and landing is turning black...crappies are in 12 to 16 feet which is in walking distance they will be there till ice...which I am guessing april 10th
