It’s here!  We have had perfect weather for fishing outside.  The bite is going great and there are a lot of Trophy fish being caught.  The forecast looks even better.   Don’t forget your sunscreen!

Also, there have been Big Pike in the area, there have been multiple reports of smaller Walleye and Sauger being caught and while reeling up having it get struck by a Northern a couple feet under the ice.

There is still a lot of snow on the ice.  Now that we are getting warmer day time temps the snow will start to soften up.  This past weekend the conditions allowed for travel anywhere you would want to go.  This next week things may change a bit as the snow continues to melt.  We are still out about 20 miles and also have houses along Pine Island.
