LOTW Report 3-22-09
Another great week of big Pike and big Walleye!  As we are getting towards the end the conditions have changed.  We have taken our houses back from 20 miles out and have most of them just off of Pine Island.  There has been a lot of activity along the island now as the current is flowing and the big fish are getting ready for their spring events.

Right now we have lost most all of the cover on the ice and there is rain in the forecast.  It is supposed to start cooling down throughout the week so we are looking forward to another week of ice fishing. 

There are reports that the river is open in some spots but not yet to Birchdale.
