Here is one my family can't get enough of.

  1/2 cup of onion minced really fine
  1/2 cup of white button mushrooms  minced fine
  1/2 cup of flat leaf parsely
  5 cloves garlic  minced
  1 tablespoon of butter
  1 1/2 cups of gorganzola cheese
   6 boneless skinless chicken boobs

  melt the butter in a pan under low heat. add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. cook until tender. DONOT BURN .  Add  the gorganzola cheese and melt slowly. add the parsely. take off stove and let stand.  take the bobsand split thme down the middle being careful not to cut all the way thru. you should have a nice flap . stuff the cheese mixture in each breast and tie with butchers twine to close the flap. preheat your smoker to 200 degrees and smoke for 4 hours.
 remove andlet stand for10 minutes. serve one breat per person .

  this can also be cooked on a grill indirectly for around an hour or so .

I make a thing lol you wont think it sounds good but it is.. I got it from when i lived in Iceland

You cube up some cheddar cheese

then you cut up dill pickles

a can of peas
mix all with mayo or miracle whip

its so yummmmy

thats what i made....
