good reports are starting to come in about the fishing on the north shore. there has been some nice lakers being pulled out and the loopers are cruising the shore waiting for the rivers to open up and start flowing good.
my wife said it.... im OFFICIALLY ADDICTED to MNO!!

well if the weather stays like this for the next few days you better get up here soon then. i would say in the next week or 2 they will be running pretty good

I was out at the Stewart River this afternoon. A guy was leaving as I got there. He had a 6 pound looper that he caught by floating a crawler off the bottom. I didn't have any bites. I will be pounding the shore as the water starts to warm up more. We need a nice warm rain...

ya i heard that some guys were throwing crawlers out from the pier by the lift bridge and catching some last week. it just sounds like far and few between so far and i dont have much time as is so ill wait for a while and listen to reports. i think im gonna try smelting this year though

I was up today.
And caught one 14" steelie for a whole day of fishing...................
