The houses are on the lake!  We are fishing from 16-22 feet of water just north of Pine Island.  The success has been great!  There have been a bunch of little Saugers and consistent schools of 16-18 inch Walleye coming through.  Right now we have our houses situated over 10 inches of crystal clear and smooth ice.  There was also a 37 inch Northern caught today.

No hot jig to report as we have not had much time on the ice.  I spoke to one angler using the new Lindy Slick jig, he stated that most of his fish today have come off of that lure.

It looks like the weather forecast shows more ice being made in the days to come.  We have been below zero for some time and it looks like we may start getting above zero during the days later this week.
