The ice conditions this past weekend for travel on snowmobile on the big lake was a bit sticky with the rain and sleet that lasted through the day on Saturday. The run in these conditions are brutal which left a few dents in my face.  We fished the north and mid lake mud flats along the deep edges looking to make contact.  The perch bite was OK with a lot of smaller fish and jumbos mixed in.  Jigging spoons in gold/red continue to turn some fish tipped with a minnow head.  Cold weather is onboard next for this week with a warm up for the weekend.

Good luck, be safe and we'll see you on the ice!
