I went out to Ceneiko Lake to fish trout today, Did ok, I Came home with 3 good sized fish and should have had my limit. One broke my line and a few didn't get hooked. It is always a good day on either Courthouse or Ceneiko because there is a lot of people there. Anyone else go out lets get some trout pics posted. Also, please post how you perpare trout. I smoke them using salt brine and Alder Chips. Sorry for all the blood I forgot to take pictures before I gutted them.

Where ya access Courhouse, I can never find it.

I'd love to make it out there and try, been meaning to, but can't figure out where the access is.

I make mine with a wild rice mixture stuffed into the trout consisting of; Rice o' Roni Original, cut up fried bacon bits, butter, and imitation crab. Salt and pepper to taste, throw a lil butter in it, wrap each fish individualy in tinfoil, and grill, normally use cherry or ceder wood soaked in white wine, split the foil for the last 5 min to get the smoke in and let it dry out a bit.

I wish I had a smoker, or someone to smoke fish for me.
