Since fishing opener is coming up very quickly, we all will be comsuming a little more fish!  So now my curiousity kicks in and I ask, What is everyones favorite fish to cook up/eat?  And how do you prepare this favorite feast?

I would have to say mine is Panfish, especially sunnies.  I am a fan of the bite size filets.  I will always prepare them with flour (or some sort of batter) and fry them up in a frying pan with some butter!  YUM YUM!

Since I could only pick one I had to go with the eyes.  I will add though that jumbo perch are every bit as good.  Sometimes I think they are even a little sweeter.

I cannot vote.... I like them all! Fish might be one of my favorite foods... So  much to chose from and so many ways to cook it! Mmmm....

Nothing better than a good panfish fish fry though, def in the top 5!
