Still haven't fired an arrow

I went hunting this morning.  I saw three deer but did not have a good shot at any of them.  One doe was 20 yards away but in hazle brush.  Not too worried yet.  There's a lot of the season left.  I put up a ground blind today.  I plan to hunt it when it's raining.  I know, I'm a woose.

dont worry deadeye, you can just say your buying your time for another big buck to walk past you. i have passed on 9 does so far this year all of them i could of shot, and i was thinking this morning that if a big doe offered me a shot i would take her now but go figure as soon as i say that i didnt see anything  they give you the easyest(sp) shots possible when you dont plan on taking it  hang in there still LOTS of season left

Sounds good to me that you have not yet released an arrow. That says to me that you are not tracking a wounded one either. Kudos.

I agree with Cody, anytime I have gone out this year ready to let one loose on a Doe I don't get a chance to. Oh well, it's a long season and can change really quick in 30 seconds.
