I was hoping to able to say fish were jumping into the boat this week, but that's not the case.
Water temps are fluctuating.
Early last week the surface temp was 75-76 degrees, and 71-73 degrees in 20 FOW.
A five day cold spell dropped the surface temp to 66-67 degrees, and 66 degrees in 20 FOW.
The thermocline remained at 28-30 FOW.
The last 3 days had high temps and humidity with little to no wind, so water temps are climbing again. :banghead:
Some walleyes, northerns, and small bass are being taken in shallow water (5-10 Feet).
Trout fishing on Burntside and Snowbank is poor.
We'll have to ride this out & hopefully some fishing stability will begin when the water temps cool a bit :happy1:.

How's the water levels? Have they come up at all since July?

Lee,
The water levels are dropping in spite of all the rain, due to evaporation caused by the hot weather.
Cold front moving in for a few days, high of 68 tomorrow and Wednesday.
That ought to really screw up the water temps and fishing
