Here he is finally!!!!  Just wondering what everyone thinks on the age of this deer?  I'm thinking 3-4 just because of the neck size and front quarters.....but what do I know.  Any help is appreciated!!

He's not much past the ears, mass is a little small and not saging in the belly....

I'd say a 2 1/2 year old.

I'm with hunterdown here, I also think he's 2.5 years old.  Judging by antler mass and face skin.

I also would have to go with the 2.5 years old he is a little thin in the mass yet and doesn't have any sag in the belly or back but he is a nice looking buck now but a year or two could do some amazing things with him i think

Well, he has small legs, a decent size neck and is pretty fat.... depending on how fast deer in your area grow, I would agree with everyone else and say 2.5 years.  If deer tend to grow slower, or there are rough winters, I would say 3.5yo!
Very nice deer either way!    :deer:

I'd say 2.5 - either way he'll be a brut next season.

2.5 I would guess.  Not a real big sagging belly and his muzzle isn't grey like most older deer get.
Take a kid hunting and fishing... It'll be the best thing for generations to come.

He looks tasty. :happy1:
Make your first shot count, it might be the only one you get.
