Have you tried it yet? It's all over the BASS tour and the FLW tour ! I have started using these techniques lately and wow it's a blast! Go out pick up some black and blue or whatever your favorite color jig is and hit the shade close to shore and hang on tight!  :fishing2:

wow I forgot all about this child board. Flipping and pitchin have been around for at least 20 years. I like using a 7' flippin stick with 30# power pro. A lot of time I will flip worms using a 7' spinning rod with 15# power pro around docks. If you have seen my video you can even flip with a 57 year old rod and reel..

Used to flip alot.... liked using the ole Stanley Jigs with a craw or frog trailer, yep... with a 7' baitcaster rod... now I like the 7' spinning setup and like chucking big ole worms like Bobby said, and sometimes slugo's... deadly! :happy1:
