need a quick question answered please

I've been to busy to even pick up my bow, let alone the new regs. silly question perhaps, but can a person who buys a rifle license with the intent to hunt in zone 1 also rifle hunt in zone 2?

I've answered my question....

Regular firearm license – A regular firearm deer hunter may
purchase either a Statewide (A) or Late Southeast (B) Season license.
Statewide (A) licenses are valid in all areas that open on Nov. 6 and Late
Southeast (B) Season licenses are valid only during the traditional 3B
season. The hunter’s choice will be printed on the license.
